We ship all orders from our warehouse in Madrid (Spain).

Spain and Portugal will be delivered with MRW. Rest of the world depending on the order (you will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped, including tracking information)

After placing the order we will send you an email (check the spam box) with the confirmation of it and once we remove it from the warehouse (it is not automatic, can take 1 day with the time difference and weekends), we will send you an email with the order completed with the link to "See lost" and "follow up", there you will refer to the carrier link associated with your order.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific date and time.
You can try to contact MRW at (Spain), (Portugal) or the company we choose depending on the country you are in, directly to organize a possible delivery date.
