What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

For your convenience we will add shipment fees to your order recipe.

  • Spain (Peninsula, Canary and Balearic Islands):
    • Orders have a flat shipping rate of 10€.
    • Delivery to Peninsula between 24-72 hours, to the Islands between 3-7 days.
  • Europe:
    • Orders have a flat shipping rate of 20€.
    • Delivery: between 5-10 days.
  • International Orders:
    • U.S, North America & Switzerland: Orders have a flat shipping rate of 35€.
    • Asia: Orders have a flat shipping rate of 50€.
    • Rest of World: Orders have a flat shipping rate of 60€.
    • Delivery: Between 7 and 21 days depending on the country of destination.

Please note that we are not responsible for additional taxes, duties and brokerage services that might appear at the customs control. These expenses are calculated according to the state regulations and should be covered by you upon delivery. 

Can I return my order? What is the return policy?

Yes, you can return any item purchased on Heriald within 15 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:

Steps to follow if you want to return your order:

  1. Write us an e-mail with a maximum of 15 days of the delivery date of your order to herialdvintage@gmail.com. Explaining the reason and the order number. Do not forget to put in the email subject line: RETURN.
  2. We will send you a code through the email you have provided us with which we will process your request.
  3. Please send the order to be returned to our warehouse with the carrier's tracking code, without this code the delivery cannot be confirmed.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued, you will receive a confirmation email and be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
